GALLERY OF oTHER WORKS

JRadford’s work originates from the need to create using the detritus of life.

Her two-dimensional works explore the properties of paper. Every piece of paper makes a different mark and that mark can be manipulated using different processes. The materiality of the paper allows for an endless variety of edges which are incorporated into the work.

Three-dimensional work are grounded in Radford’s book binding practice and the materiality of the paper. Folios are bound to an armature and the paper is cut or manipulated to create shape and texture.
